Update Time!

So I've been getting some flack lately (mostly from Jennifer) that I need to update my blog, so here are the most recent pictures. Grandma Schramm came in town last week and got so many cute pictures of Alexis. It was so fun having someone in town to talk to. Jeff is usually at school from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm so it's nice to have another adult to talk to.

Lexi is getting very good at rolling over and holding her head up. She is such a crack up! She is also discovering the variety of noises she can make (always during church). I wake up in the morning to the noise of Alexis singing to herself in her crib.

She is still an unusually happy baby which I think leads some people to believe she's retarded (ok, not really), but she is really happy. I guess the Lord is just making up for my horrible pregnancy. Enjoy the pictures.

Oh yeah, in case you are wondering...we haven't floated away hear in Dallas with all the recent flooding. Thankfully we're on the top floor of our apartment building that is built on one of the few hills in Texas. Good thing, because I don't think I could handle the stress of being struck by lightning plus getting flooded.

Lexi is definitly a daddy's girl. Jeff loves it when I put her in this onezie. He likes to declare their relationship to the world.

Alexis has discovered her toes lately. She sure thinks they're fun to play with.

Lexi loves her bouncer (thank you Jerilyn). She is always trying to stand-up. I think she's gonna be an early walker (crap!)

Jeff is playing on his school's intramural softball team. He's actually pretty good. He can make contact with the ball, which is way more than I can do. Unfortunately the weather has been so rainy that most of his games have been cancelled.

We got this cute little stuffed animal from a friend (we're not sure if it's a dog or a bear), and Lexi has started sleeping with it. She espescially likes chewing on his ear.

Lexi is really into eating solid foods now. Her favorites are carrots, green beans, and prunes (weirdo!). The prunes get a little messy as you can see below.
