Santa Came to Town

Well, Santa came a little early this year. Last night he made a stop by our apartment and delivered my Christmas present. A digital piano!!! It was actually from my sweet husband and I think it's the best present I've ever gotten (although the year I got my truck was pretty awesome too). It has a full keyboard with weighted keys, and so it plays just like a real piano. I have to say I'm a little embarassed because I'm pretty rusty. I've got some serious practicing to do. Thanks Jeff. I've also included a few funny pictures of Lexi. The last one cracks me up.

Better Late Then Never

Ok, Ok I'm finally getting around to posting my Thanksgiving pictures. This year we went to Roy, Utah and stayed with Jeff's sister Joni. Jeff's mom and two sisters came down from Boise and so we had the entire Schramm Fam together. We had soooooo much fun. It was wonderful because Lexi got to meet her aunt Courtney and Kris, plus we all got to see Joni's two new twin boys Jacob and Spencer. One of the highlights of the trip was that we were able to go to the temple and do Jeff's dads temple work. Jeff was so excited to get to baptize his dad. He had been waiting for that day since he came home from his mission. The spirit was very strong and we all felt uplifted. We were also able to seal the family together. Temple work is an amazing thing.

Another highlight of the trip was that Aunt Jenn came down from Herriman to see us. I was able to spend some quality time with her and she also got to play with Lexi. It was funny because when we came home I think Lexi got a little bored because she wasn't getting near the same amount of attention as she was in Utah. All the aunts and cousins were so great with her and I was able to get a break from mothering. We also got to have an early Christmas. Lexi was able to open her first Christmas presents from Grandma and Aunt Courtney and Kris. She got some fun toys, cute clothes, and some books.

Thanks so much Schramm Family for such a great Thanksgiving and all the memories.
